Permit sales are offered online. You will be required to login using your ONID account.
The following information will be required when purchasing a permit:
Permit sales schedules shown in the table below have been established because the sale of permits will be limited in each zone to assure a higher probability of finding a parking space.
Within each group, permit sales will occur on a first-come, first-served basis, and participants will have the opportunity to join a wait list if sales are closed for their first choice zone.
Utilization of the zones will be regularly monitored, and additional permits will be sold as capacity allows.

* Carpools require a minimum of three people per car to qualify.
** Infrequent Driver discount is available to OSU faculty, staff and students who do not own an annual permit.
You may purchase a permit in Adams Hall on or after your permit sales date, however it is highly encouraged to purchase a permit online, as this gives you the best opportunity to get the zone of your choice.
To purchase in office, you must complete the paper permit application below. Submission of the paper permit application does not guarantee your first choice of zone.

Pro-rated refunds are provided for Annual Permits through the first two weeks of spring term. The parking permit must be received in the Parking Services office before the refund deadline in order for a refund to be processed.
There is a $15 processing fee for all refunds.
Annual commuter zone parking permits may be exchanged up to two times per year if permits are available for the new zone. If a permit is not available in the zone you select, you may be placed on a wait list. Parking Services will fulfill waitlist requests as permits become available.
Notify Parking Services immediately if a permit is lost or stolen. There is a non-refundable fee for replacing lost or stolen permits.
Whenever a replacement permit is requested, the old, damaged or outdated permit must be surrendered. There is a non-refundable fee charged for replacing permits.
